How We Work: Onboarding, Communication & Reporting
We keep things simple, personalized, and transparent.
Onboarding begins with a quick discovery call to understand your business or personal admin needs. We’ll gather access to your accounting software and key financial documents, then review your setup to ensure everything is organized and ready to go.
Communication is consistent and hands-on. We offer monthly in-person meet-ups to review your finances together, answer questions, and plan ahead. You’ll also hear from us between visits via email or phone for updates, clarifications, or anything that needs your attention.
Reporting is delivered monthly (or as agreed), including a clear Profit & Loss Statement, Balance Sheet review, and updates on payroll, invoicing, or categorization. We also highlight any miscellaneous projects and admin support completed, so you're always in the loop.
Terms of Service
Service Agreement
Each client will receive a detailed estimate or engagement outlining deliverables and pricing. No surprise fees or hidden charges.
Payments
- Invoices are sent monthly or upon project completion.
- Payments are due within 10 business days.
- Late payments may result in a pause in services.
Confidentiality & Security
Your data is safe with us. We follow industry best practices to ensure all financial records and communications remain private.
Service Changes or Cancellations
- You can change, pause, or cancel your service with 14 days’ notice.
- We ask the same if we need to adjust availability.
Client Participation
Our best work happens when we collaborate. Timely responses and complete documentation help us stay accurate and on schedule.
